Elections

University elections take place every two semesters, usually at the end of June. You can find more information here.
As a student, you can choose your student representative body.
Depending on the size of the relevant student council, this consists of at least 5 people, the current members and results can be found hier (PDF).
As a student, you can vote for your student representatives. You can apply for a postal vote or vote digitally. You can do both here.
To be a member of some important bodies (for example the faculty councils of Fac 16 & 17) one has to be elected. The representatives in the convent and the study grant commission are beeing sent by the student representative body elected in the university elections.
Election procedure
Everyone has as many votes (crosses) as can ultimately sit in the student representative body of their subject. These votes can be accumulated: up to 3 votes can be given to one person as long as the total number of crosses does not exceed the number of votes.
